In this scene, Shino was bullied by some girls. Shino is afraid of guns, because she had a terrifying past. When she was a little girl, she went to a bank. In that bank, there was a bank robbery. When she got the chance to hold the robber's gun, she shot the robber. Since that time, she can't stand of guns, even only hand shaped like a gun.
Despite her past being known by Endou (girl on the picture), the news is widespread in Shino's school, and then Endou bullied her.
Then, her friend come and save her. His name was Shinkawa Kyouji.
Next scene, her fear of guns.
